Hackability is using the term hacking in its benign meaning: coding:
Because of the lack of a long history and its well-defined API the SVN
codebase can easily be maintained, expanded and improved. (that's what
it says, not necessarily how it is, I am not familiar enough with the
code to vouch for this statement ;) )
