Windows gives you a different File menu depending on whether an item is
selected or not. When an item is selected, I'm seeing results similar to
Andrew - TSVN is somewhere in the middle. But when no item is selected,
 TSVN is the ONLY shell extension to add items to the File menu. Obviously
it is then always at the top of a set of one!

I wonder if this second scenario is what Calvin is referring to. You could
then interpret his question as "why does TSVN insist on putting itself on
the File Menu when no items are selected, given that no other applications
do that?"

Am I right?
