You can find them in our repository:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/Resources
(username: guest, leave password empty)

The overlay icons are in the 'icons' subfolder and for the XPStyle icons
the templates are in the 'svg' subfolder.
