Just to add, I'm seeing this on WinXP 32-bit with TSVN 1.6.4. If I
commit at the end of the day and don't navigate to a different folder,
the overlays will still not have updated when I start working the next
day. Checking with TSVNCacheWindow also shows that it is not re-scanning
the folder that was committed.
This was not a problem with 1.5.x.
One possible quirk is that we have a lot of externals for our vendor
branches, so checking for modifications is very slow (ie. a minute or
more). As a result I tend to just to commit a the subfolder of the WC
where I made my changes. If I really have to commit multiple subfolders,
I use the command-line client. Either way, the overlays do not update
until I change folders.
