Overlays in Win7 64-Bit not updating...

I am running TortoiseSVN 1.6.4 64-Bit release on the Windows 7 Professional RTM. The overlays on the folders do not seem to be updating properly after I do a commit. They do seem to update if I modify a file. Even when pressing F5 they don't update. I have to drill into the folders to the folder that had contained the changes, once I do that then all the parent folders icons seem to update to the "green checkmark" status.
Is any one else seeing this? I am using "Default" for the overlay cache setting. I am not running any anti-virus software at all. Also, this is in the list view of windows explorer, not in the tree. I am not using/view through libraries either.
