I can confirm that the first time the repo-browser is shown again if
its previous state was 'maximized', there are border-artifacts at the
top and left side. The window cannot be moved, so it really is
maximized. Minimizing & maximizing removes these.

Using Vista SP1, TortoiseSVN 1.6.4, Build 16808 - 32 Bit , 2009/08/06 07:26:35
