The autocomplete window sometimes appears on the wrong monitor

The autocomplete window sometimes appears on the wrong monitor,
instead of being placed near where you're typing.

Reproduction steps:

1. Set up two monitors, with the primary one on the right in the
Windows display settings (I'm using Windows XP).
2. Bring up the commit dialog for any file and drag it to the
secondary (left) monitor.
3. Type something as a comment that will make it start to
autocomplete.
4. The autocomplete popup window will appear on the left hand side of
the primary (right) monitor.
