1.6.4: resolve conflict always crashes (vista 32bit & windows 7 32bit)

Easy to reproduce:

Conflict file on purpose.
Right click on file.
Chose "Resolved".
Dialog shows up showing file(s) to "resolve".
Clicking on OK crashes the process.
