When you say "nothing happens", does that mean that not even the browser
starts up?
I just tried it with the TSVN repository (had to add the webviewer:
properties first, but that was long overdue anyway) and it works just
fine for me here. So there must be something different in your setup
which makes it fail.
Can you provide more details about your setup?
