Well, for example I have the same issue with polish language pack and
I don't know what to do. I'm using the english Windows 7 RTM from MSDN
and have installed a new 1.6.4 TortoiseSVN and also a polish language
pack. When I'm choosing the language it translates me only the right
click menu. Rest of the TortoiseSVN is in english. Well I'll try to
reinstall it. Oh, i forgot - i'm using the x64 version.
