Problem w/ 1.6.4 in Vista

I just installed Vista(Ultimate) on my desktop. I installed 1.6.4. I am on
a Domain. I do not seem to be able to checkout from my SVN repository. My
laptop has Vista Ultimate and TortoiseSVN has been working fine. I get the
following message: This is not a valid URL. Please enter an URL
here.(please see attached). Also the browse button doesn't get any lists.
I have turned off all firewalls/virus scanning and still cannot get it to
work.

What have I missed?

Please help. I like TortoiseSVN and I LIKE Vista(so far).
