Bulk remove properties from files

Hi,

I've googled, searched this list, the archives and the docs, but
haven't been able to find a way to remove a property from all files in
a folder and all files in all sub folders.

Specifically, I need to remove svn:needs-lock *

Any help much appreciated.

By the way, someone seems to have uploaded a file called
"chennaigirl.html" to the tortoisesvn google group. It contains links
which appear to be, er, unrelated to tortoisesvn.
