Are you doing anything (using the TSVN Settings) to limit the Icon
Overlays scanning?

If you aren't, then one set of choices is to turn OFF all Drive Types,
Exclude everything (using "*" without quotes), and Include only the
paths/trees you want to be scanned for the overlays.
