Well, I did not look close enough, because I found issue FS#425 which is
the request to implement that bold line effect.
And Stefan indicated there which registry key activates/deactivates the
recursive behavior.
I added the indicated value and set it to zero, and "voilà", back to
normal speeds for Show Log.
The only thing is that this deactivates totally the bold line feature.
Isn't there a way to actually a sort of "in between" solution where the
bold line is the revision of the folder?
I know this is potentially confusing for new users, as Stefan mentioned
in the issue, but it would be good enough for me, and I believe many others.
