Share Tortoise Configuration

This is my first post - so please be gentle!

Lets say we have installed Tortoise SVN on a machine and configured it to
work and look the way we want it to (context menu settings, force log
message, pre/post scripts etc.)

So that all the other team members don't need to perform the same
configuration - is it possible to "share" my Tortoise SVN config with them -
so they can simply install Tortoise and then "copy" my config files?

If this is possible, what files?

Or does anyone have any other suggestions for setting up Tortoise for a Team
and ensuring they all run with the same config?
