Replace existing versioned folder with a non versioned one

Hi,

I have a version of my product as folder tree in SVN. Lately I received a
newer version of the same product and would like to update my SVN
repository. The new version contains files/folder that have bee either:

1. Removed
2. Changed
3. Added

What is the simplest way to update my repository accordingly? (Make a bulk
remove/add operation)

There are many files so I don't want to do the job manually. I don't wont to
import the new version as a branch and then merge with the old one to void
cluttering my repository.

Any ideas?
