BUG: Right-click options incorrect for ignored unversioned options in "Check for Mod." dialog

Since this dropped of my first page, I'm re-naming this thread, in hopes of
reviving it. Should I go ahead and report a bug for this? I hesitate, since
the issue tracker says I should report it here first...
