Cannot Eject External Media

I right-click on the "Safely Remote Hardware" icon, click my external drive
to safely eject it, and I expect to be able to eject that USB Drive (160 GB
external drive) because I have closed all my applications, but window's
keeps stating that it cannot eject the disk.

I ran Process Explorer (procexp) to find out what application is holding on
to a folder on that drive, and I see TSVNCache.exe is holding on to that
folder. If I kill the handle, TSVNCache immediately grabs hold of that same
folder with a new handle, continuing to prevent me from ejecting the disk.

The folder is the root of my local project folder (where I perform my
development work). I take this drive home at the end of the day and perform
additional work at home.

Workaround: shut down the computer to eject the disk (not as pleasant, but
still doable).

I am running tortoise SVN version 1.6.3.16613, and have not experienced this
problem before this version.

This only happens when I check in files that have changed, and even then,
this is somewhat intermittent (I cannot seem to consistently replicate it
based on checking in files alone, but it does happen frequently enough to
warrant some concern).

Thank you,

Richard
