update shortcut

hi all,
i am using tortoise SVN to update files on a mod/game i use
the mod/game is still in beta and is generating a lot of updates a day
it's a pain to have to go all the way through "C:\program files\.....
not that much but still
my question is:
is there a way i can make a shortcut on either my desktop or quick
launch bar to update the folder?
