Revert dialog not auto selecting all files

Sorry if this has been mentioned before.

I am using 1.6.3. 64-bit on Windows 7 Release Candidate.

I just did a revert on a folder and only some files were selected. It looks like all the add/deleted files were selected but none of the modified ones where. I thought it was maybe a UI glitch. So, I did the revert, then went back in an did a revert again... this time only the "modified" files were left and none were selected.

I do have the "Select items automatically" selected... (That is only for the commit right?)
