Hi Chuck,

you almost reached the high score, but 5MB of attached BMP files only
takes you to position two of the worst wasters of bandwidth on this
mailing list. I thought my mailer was broken because it got so sluggish.

Do not send uncompressed screenshots to a mailing list. It does not
take 5MB just to show what is on your screen. Use png or jpeg.

Judging by all the other errors you posted to the list, I assume that
you screwed up your working copy somehow. Your descriptions are not very
helpful. It's hard to tell whether your problems are related or not.

I'd recommend to start over with a fresh checkout.
