Commit dialog drag-drop issue

Hi, I upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.6.2 (the "About" dialog says
"TortoiseSVN 1.6.2, Build 16344 - 32 Bit") a couple of weeks ago, and
now when I try to drag-drop a file off of the Commit dialog and onto
Notepad++, instead of Notepad++ opening the file that was dropped, the
path+filename of the file that I dropped is inserted into the active
document as text.

This may actually be a Notepad++ issue, because I upgraded that too
recently, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask just in case.
