Bug report : "add partially fails and cause system lag"

Thanks for giving attention to the following BUG :

Using "TortoiseSVN 1.6.3, Build 16613 - 32 Bit , 2009/06/20 09:28:19" on Windows XP pro SP3 (French) I get the following problem :

When I use the "add" command, I don't get any dialog windows like I did with version 1.5, the "add" is done and commit notice the "add" and "commit with" success.

BUT after the add, the system (mostly Windows File Explorer related task) becomes slow and un responsive and I don't see the "+" on the file icon and the "?" disappear from the file icon.

This was worst when "add" was done on a remote drive (samba), I had to close the system and kill a TSVN... process at shutdown 5 minutes after the last SVN operation was performed.
