Bug: blame not working on renamed/moved files from log window

From: Juergen Hunold <juergen.hunold_at_ivembh.de>

Hi !

We trying to use "blame" from the "log window" dialog using TortoiseSVN 1.6.2

Everything works fine and as expected until we try to use blame on a
renamed/moved revision.

Then we get a "/trunk/<project>/<path>/filename.cpp is not a file" error box.

Running blame from the context menu with the same revision range works. So
this is not a server bug.

Yours,

Jürgen
