They are both the same.
Vista / Win7 are both german (no other MUI installed, Language
Settings set to German/Germany de-DE, Location is Germany), I've
installed TSVN + LanguagePack, rebooted and changed the language to
german. Now several options, the update-, commit-, log- windows are
still completely in english.
Is no otherone using Windows 7 here and can try it too?
