Selecting repository cache

Hey all,
It appears that there is no method of selectively enabling/disabling log
caching for individual repositories.

For example, we have multiple repositories running on our local network
(accessed via svn://) or local machine (via file:///) where we don't want to
use the repository cache.

However, there are several public repositories (accessed via http[s]://)
that we do want to use it.

Is it possible to specify either individual repositories, or entire access
protocols for which TSVN will not use the cache?
