And also because the icon sets have been regenerated from an svg which
doesn't work well at the lowest (16x16) resolution. Can we copy and
paste the 16x16 versions from the pre-svg set into the new sets? It
won't help the question mark as that didn't exist previously.

C'mon Lübbe, you know you're just itching to have a go at this ;-)
