BUG: MS File Explorer Menu Bar

Loaded from TortoiseSVN-1.6.2.16344-win32-svn-1.6.2.msi

Microsoft File Explorer menu bar, FILE, now has "SVN CHECKOUT" and
"TortoiseSVN" at the top.
However, it does not happen in all location of File Explorer, so check a
few.
Very annoying to someone used to Creating NEW FOLDER from keystrokes.

HOW DO I MOVE IT TO A PROPER LOCATION, LIKE NEAR BOTTOM BY "TortoiseSVN
1.6.2" TEXT?
