As I already mentioned, I can't reproduce this here with the latest version.

* is your log message just equal to the logminsize or much longer?
* do you have changelists shown?
* do you have files selected for the commit? Are they still selected
when the dialog reappears?
* what are your bugtraq: properties set to (if they exist)?

If you know of another setting/option you have which you think might be
important here, please tell that too.
