Merge dialog enhanchment request

Currently, the merge dialog selects the path for the item selected. Would it be possible to add an option to have Tortoise "remember" the last path merged? Rational: We have users who merge sub trees and having the dialog assume they want to merge the same code that is in the working branch on to itself isn't really that useful. It would be more useful to allow Tortoise to have the "from" directory start path to be configurable.
