TortoiseProc Launch failed

Hi,

I got an issue when making a right click on the Explorer and selecting
Tortoise/<any options>
I got a message box :

TortoiseProc Launch failed
Le fichier spécifié est introuvable which means "the specified file is
unreachable".

If i made an update on an existing repo, it's ok ; i can download files.
But i can't create a new one, or relocate one...

I'm using the last version (1.6.2.16344) on Vista (SP2)
The "path" is ending with "C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin"

in command line, if i write "tortoiseproc", i get the TortoiseSVN window

Hope you can find a solution to this issue !
