CFM - conflicted bahavior different for kbs/mouse

If there is a conflicted file in the CFM dialog, the
behaviot for double-click and RETURN key is inconsistent.

double-click brings up the 3 panel Merge window, while
the RETURN key bring up a 2 panel Merge window.
The right click menu has the first item "Compare with base"
in bold.

I guess the pressing change is to get the 3 panel window on RETURN.
Additionaly, the bold format in the menu could be move to
the same action that is started by doubleclick ("Edit conflicts")
