Bug: selection is lost in the commit dialog if a file is out of date

I noticed that the selection in the commit dialog is lost after a commit failed.
The bug seems to appear only under certain circumstances, e.g. if a
changelist is used. The following steps allowed me to reproduce the
bug:

- enable the option "Reopen commit ... dialog after a commit failed"
(under Setting -> General -> Dialogs 2)
- modify at least two files in a working copy
- open the commit dialog
- move one of the modified files to a change list
- select the other file (not in the changelist) for commiting
-- Important: this file should be out of date, i.e. modify and commit
it from another working copy first
- now try to commit the file -> you get the error that the file is out of date
- click OK -> the commit dialog is shown again, but the selection is
lost (no files are selected)

I'm currently using TSVN 1.6.2. I think I never noticed this behaviour
in previous versions (1.5.x).

Thanks a lot and best regards.

- Martin
