Overlay icons for all file types

I am new to tortoisesvn, but it seems like overlay icons work only for predefined file types (.cpp, .h, .asp, etc). I have a bunch of .sql files that I keep in svn, and overlay icons for these files would help me a lot.
Is there a way to add overlay icons for all file types? (Especially .sql.)
