I can't send my files...

I' ve recently intall Tortoise SVN, after a shorter period, it began to bug.

I don't understand why, but now, I can't send my files when I do a right click. The tortoise SVN tool don't appaers...

I'm on Windows Xp and I've install the 32 bit version because when I install the 64 bit version it says me " your computer don't bear this version "

Thank's a lot...
