GUI details in CFM dialog

Some "nitpicks" about the "Check For Modification" dialog:

 - the system menu (alt-space) could have an "About..." item

Yeah, my TSVN is TortoiseSVN 1.6.2, Build 16344 - 32 Bit , 2009/05/09 13:46:29
on Windows XP Pro SP3

 - The checkbox options "Show this/that" are grouped, except the first one,
  "Show unversioned files". So if one of them has the keyboard focus, the cursor
  keys can be used to move between them. Except for the mentioned first one,
  which can not be reached this way.

 - if there are several items listed in the list view (modified files) and some item (not the first)
  is selected (and has kbd focus), the following can happen:
 -- press F5
 -- (the list is refreshed)
 -- the same item as before is selected (has dark blue backgroud), but:
 --- cursor up does not move the selection to one item above as usual, it does not seem to do anything
 --- cursor down selects the first item, instead of the one below the currently selected, as normally
