If you open a Delphi project group in a normal editor, you'll see that
they are 'make' style. You could extend these files to include a
pre-build event and run 'Create all projects' from the menu.

We're developing with Delphi 7. Since I don't like 'make' build files,
I'm using the IDE to build everything during development/debugging
sessions and NAnt to make clean builds of releases.
