TortoiseSVN 1.6.2 doesn't work with Internet Explorer 8?

Yesterday I've installed new TortoiseSVN 1.6.2.
But it doesn't work on both the home PC and the office PC...
The context menu is ok, but after selecting a menu item, it doesn't any respose (in office PC, XP SP2) or reports the problem (crash) in TortoiseProc.exe (in home PC, Vista SP1)

My PCs config are:
Home: Vista SP1 /w IE8, and VS 2008 Team Developer SP1
Office: XP SP2 /w IE8, and VS 2008 Team Developer SP1

I ran Dependency Walker on TortoiseProc.exe and I found that the ieshims.dll is missing.
After searching the Internet more, I found that this file is related to Internet Explorer...
So I copied the ieshims.dll file from "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer" to "<TortoiseSVN install dir>\bin".
After this, Dependency Walker reports there's no missing dependency...
But, TortoiseSVN still doesn't work.

From the article of
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd433079.aspx,
MS seems to change the ieshims.dll behavior in IE8.

I don't know the exact cause of this problem. I guess this is related to IE8...

Please help me.
