Ah, I see.

Well, for the time being, we're still using Delphi 5.
To my knowlege, there's no such animal as a "build
script." The Delphi IDE just knows what to build and
builds it.

A little research and I may discover something that can be
used to hack this into what I want. But right now it looks
like the programmers will still need to continue updating
revision numbers manually. But at least we're used to it.
