I am experiencing the same problem, and SVN Update did not help.
I checked out a repository with Tortoise SVN 1.6.2. I added some
subdirectories
into the project, performed SVN Add, and they are not committed.
Oddly enough, in the file explorer, the project directory has a red
exclamation
mark as in "Contains modified files", and yes, the correct
subdirectories and
files are marked too. But when I try to commit the repository, I get
"no files
have been changed or added".
Only when I change the directory to the immediate superdirectory of
the
added directories, does SVN see the changes.
Update does not help.
