Committing SVN rename

Hi,

Using windows XP, Version: 1.6.2 (16344).
I did an SVN rename. During commit I got an error:
Command: Commit
Error: Working copy 'D:\home\[Projects]\Delphi' locked
Error: Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.
Finished!:

Doing a cleanup I got:
Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
- D:\home\[Projects]\Delphi
Error processing command 'modify-entry' in 'D:\home\[Projects]\Delphi'
Error modifying entry for 'EM'
'EM' not under version control

Trying to remove the lock reported by commit, Release Lock:
Release Lock (of Delphi)
no locks are found

I tried this several times to no avail.

Anyone got a suggestion?

Greetings

Arnold
