TortoiseMerge losing position of current change

BUG:

In the most recent versions of TortoiseMerge up until the current 1.6.2 buils 16344 is a bug the lets TortoiseMerge lose the current viewed change when scrolling horizontally.

Environment: Windows XP SP3 german
Classic Theme

Steps to produce:
1. Right-click on folder with changed files in Windows Explorer
2. Click SVN commit...
3. Double-click on a chnaged file
4.Click the 'Next difference' button
5.Scroll left (Working Base) horizontal scrollbar to the right and back.
6.Clicking 'Next difference button' selects the first change again.

This seems to happen about 99% of the time. Very annoying.
