Disabled ". . ." button on Checkout dialog in TortoiseSVN 1.6.2 fresh installs

Hello,

After installing TortoiseSVN 1.6.2 for the first time on two different
Windows XP boxes, when I enter the repository URL in the Checkout dialog the
". . ." button next to the URL text field is disabled. If I enter the full
URL to the branch I want to checkout and just go ahead and checkout anyway,
the next time I open the Checkout dialog the ". . ." button works.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I didn't notice this problem after
upgrading a computer that already had TortoiseSVN 1.6.1.
