TortoiseSVN tells me "you are required to change your password immediately" every time...

Hi, I'm having some trouble with tortoise svn asking me to change my
password every time I used it.

I just updated to the newest version of Tortoise SVN. Does anyone
have any idea what the problem could be? Have I been hacked? Seems
like a bit of a jump, but I'm worried.
