Explorer sort order

Hi!

I am desperate, so I pset here.
Recently, Explorer decided to sort files ba Date Modified.
No matter what I try, when I open a new Explorer window, it
sort by Date Modified.

Recently I upgraded from TSVN 1.5.9 to 1.6.2, so maybe it is related ?

Anyone have a similar problem ?

What I tried is:
 - set sort by Name, then close Explorer (this sometimes makes
   it remember the setting, but of course not in may case)
 - set sort by Name, then menu Tools/Folder Options.. , tab View,
   button Apply to All Folders; does not work either
 - a trick I just found by google: set sort as liked, then close
   explorer while holding the CTRL key. You guessed, it does not work.
