Won't run after external drive removed

Hi, thanks for providing this support.
I installed TortoiseSVN on an external drive off a Windows Vista machine. It's my kid's computer and they unplugged the drive over the weekend. When plugged back in, the drive maps to E:, mapped to G: when TortoiseSVN was originally installed. Now I can't run TortoiseSVN, but neither can I uninstall or reinstall it elsewhere on the computer, as I always get an error: Invalid drive G:\
I'd just like to install it to the main hard drive now to avoid this issue in the future. Can you tell me how? Thanks.
