Hello Hollis,

there are three vertically resizable widgets in that dialog:

1) List of revisions
2) Textarea with comment of selected revision
3) List of actions and the files they were applied to

Only 2) automatically resizes vertically. If you vertically resize 1)
and 3) according to your liking you can decrease the dialog to
approximately 350 pixels afterwards.
