TortoiseSVN 1.6.2 build with MIT Kerberos

Hi all,
I've built for me TortoiseSVN with GSSAPI support using MIT Kerberos for
Windows to support Kerberos authentication over HTTP (using Neon library).
It works OK against Apache+mod_auth_kerb+MIT Kerberos KDC. I've also
included saslGSSAPI.dll in the distribution, which should enable Kerberos
authentication over svnserve+SASL, however I did not test that.
