Repository Problem

Hi
I have been running Tortoise SVN 1.4.5 Build 10425 for at least a year and a half without any problems. The repository sits on a Novell server.
Today when I try to commit I get the following errors
- Error: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
-Error: Unable to open repository 'file:///M:/LUPTAI/DEVELOPMENT/svn/trunk'
- Error: Can't open file 'M:\LUPTAI\DEVELOPMENT\svn\db\current': The system cannot find the file specified.
When I check for my db\current file it isn't there but there is a current.tmp file as if there was a problem with a previous operation.
Is there any way I can recover the state of my repository maybe by recreating the current file.
At the moment the state of my database is:
revprops folder - max file name is 672
The current.tmp file contains a single line:
673 217 2
Any assistance would be gratefully received
DL
