tortoiseSVN 1.6.2 does not ignore whitespaces on merge

hi there,
I just tested the ignore all whitespaces and ignore whitespace changes
options in merge dialog. It seems they are not working. my testfile
always merged all changed tabs.
I just made a small check with command line(svn 1.6.1) and there the
same merge seems to work.
